We have two sets of small block Chevy, pre-1986, perimeter mount valve covers. These are similar to our Small Block Chevrolet valve covers with Corvette or Chevrolet script, but these have fins and an oval pad on top (no script). The oval pad is 3 x 1 1/2 inches. The pad allows for an emblem to be attached. The Ford oval emblem that is about the same size as this pad is not heat tolerant.

We have one single valve cover with the Ford emblem attached. This emblem is not heat tolerant. Our guess is that it can be pried off. This cover is at the bottom of this page and is special #52. Call for pricing.

The PML part number is 8357-4. These parts are on special because they are discontinued.

If you want PML to machine a hole for PCV, breather or oil fill, there is an additional cost. Let us know when you order what you need.

Special #54 - Polished Set

Special #54 is polished. Some porosity on fins and flange and slightly on surface as shown in additional pictures. No pcv/breather or oil fill holes machined. Covers are clean.

Special #55 - As-Cast Set

Special #55 is irridited. Second picture shows a small flaw between the fins of the lower cover. No pcv/breather or oil fill holes machined. Covers are clean. Irridited parts are better for powder coating.

Special #52 - As-Cast Single Cover

Special #52 is a single valve cover (not a set). It is has an oval Ford Emblem attached to the pad with epoxy. The emblem is not heat tolerant and will melt.
