This is a set of small block Chevy, pre-1986, perimeter mount valve covers. These are similar to our Small Block Chevrolet valve covers with Corvette or Chevrolet script, but these have a plain top (no script or fins).

The plain top has a clean appearance and works well for anyone who wishes to do their own design.

The PML part number is 8357-5. One the inside, the part number reads "8 57 5" as the 3 is missing. These parts are on special because they are discontinued.

These covers do not have holes for PCV, oil fill or breather. If you want PML to machine a hole for PCV, breather or oil fill, there is an additional cost. Let us know when you order what you need.

These covers have been sand blasted to remove a discoloration in the casting. Both covers have some porosity (pitting). Examples of this are indicated by the arrows in the image below. These covers have old-style baffles.

These parts fit and function correctly. These parts cannot be returned. They are sold as-is.
